SELF CARE DAY
Lindsey takes one day out of the week for herself and that day is Sunday! On Sundays, Lindsey gets herself mentally prepared for the week ahead of her. From writing things down in her planner, to meal prepping, Lindsey is getting things done for herself. Although you may be busy keeping up with the latest trends, try to find a day in the week that works for you and do some things that make you happy. Self care is limitless!

PRACTICE HEALTHY HABITS
Do your research and get informed! For Lindsey, it was easy to fall into the latest health trends or diets but she realized that it may not be healthy after all. Diets such as Keto, Whole30, Veganism may work for some but it’s important to know what is healthy for you. Beyond that, health does not stop at eating and exercising. Watch your sleep habits, take care of your mental health, and keep a balance in your life.
